The Opening Video from the Doujin Game "Magical Battle Arena" Vers. 1.04 (I think it was). It's a 3D based fighting game with magical girl characters like Nanoha and Fate Testarossa from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha or Lina Inverse and Naga the White Serpent from Slayers.
